Bellamy Builders created a concourse
walkway between the administration department & the
church. We also fitted out administration building with
new disabled access amenity.

This new sports facility consists of
amenities, changed rooms, disabled access, first aide,
umpires room, storage & Kiosk.

This was a fast paced project
and needed a fast turn over before re-opening. The whole
auditorium had to be stripped right back down to ground
level and started all over again. With new steel piers
to support the tiered seating, the new seating configuration
allowed for new disabled seating sections. Further to
this work we constructed a new entry staircase and a few
new access ramps to assist with wheelchair and pram access.
To complete this Disability Access Upgrade we assembled
two new disabled friendly bathrooms.

Crestwood High School - Structural Damage Repairs 2007 |

This school had significant structural
damage that needed to be address immediately. With concrete,
brick and piers that needed stabilising, to ensure that
the building became structurally sound.

Fernwood Women's Health Clubs are renowned
for being a relaxing sanctuary for women. We have transformed
these empty shells into peaceful havens. Upon entering
the gym you are welcomed instantly by the pleasing surroundings,
a contemporary front counter flows through to exercise
areas, modern change rooms, relaxing members lounge and
amenities.

Bellamy Builders added a touch of contemporary
class to the 8 units. Beautiful cedar French doors open
out onto tiled, structural steel balconies. Glass and
steel louver privacy screens provided a retreat to each
balcony. This project needed extensive brick work repair,
lighting and drainage works. Safety was of major concern
with this project as all works were completed from scaffolding
over five storeys.
