This old terrace home was fully renovated
from the front entry to the rear transforming it into

of walls in rear of house to convert into open plan kitchen/
living area with beautiful timber bi-fold running the
whole length of back entrance that opens to entertainment

This beautiful home situated
on the banks of the Nepean river was altered to take full
advantage of the view, with new vast size bedroom with
electric blinds to bi-folds that open out onto verandah,
with en-suite consisting of a large stone bath and stunning
design glass window and what is a bedroom without a huge

located in the inner city suburb of Newtown was transformed
in this major alteration and additions to a striking modern
delight. Included in the renovations was a new garage
with a studio and loft above. New spacious kitchen with
timber bi-fold's opening into a charming backyard. An
extra two bedrooms and new bathroom completed the finishing
touches.

Renovation to rear of house included the installation
of a new laundry/bathroom. Large bi-fold doors open onto
a large verandah, with pergola. Bellamy Builders also
converted a double garage to a granny flat with timber
pergola.

This neglected and dilapidated 2 storey
terrace was in much need of a face lift. Bellamy Builders
stripped the house back to an empty shell and with very
clever architectural plans transformed this into a modern
3 storey contemporary residence.
